Resolution criteria:

- This question will resolve as 'Yes' if David Sacks holds a Cabinet-level position in the Trump administration at any point during the 2025 calendar year, whether in a confirmed, acting, or interim capacity.

- The question will resolve as 'No' if Trump does not become president in 2025, or if Sacks does not hold a Cabinet-level position in any capacity during 2025.

- Cabinet-level positions include heads of executive departments and other positions officially designated as having Cabinet rank.

- 'Acting' or 'interim' roles count as long as Sacks is officially designated to perform the duties of a Cabinet-level position.

- If Trump becomes president but his term starts after January 20, 2025, the question still applies to the remainder of the 2025 calendar year.
