I'm voting yes, but to be clear if "creating that market as is" was the only thing going on I would oppose any response beyond a request by the mod team to not do that.

@EvanDaniel I see what you are saying. The question would be better phrased as, "After multiple infractions to farm mana and multiple mod warnings, was the punishment warranted?" Previous events (mod warnings and other infringements) can influence your decision.

@SpiritofEvan I did not know this, if true I believe that the mods team has severely abused their privileges

@JeromeHPowell AFAIK nothing was labeled as a "warning". There were multiple pointed questions about the behavior in question, though, which went unanswered.

@JeromeHPowell No worries, it's a mess, and has been intentionally made more complicated. Discussion was mostly on discord, with substantial parts in the hidden mod channel.

I was initially unsure whether we'd made the right call, but in retrospect all the things that caused concern seem to have been, in fact, cause for concern. Responding to a (partial!) ban by abusing remaining privileges and evading the ban makes everything fairly clear in retrospect for me.

@EvanDaniel I see, thanks for all the clarity in this, while I initially didn’t agree with the decision. I see now how it could’ve been warranted. However, I am still annoyed about the temp ban!!!!

@JeromeHPowell Of course I'm deleting the comments. Ban evasion is not tolerated, I'm banning the new accounts when I notice them, as I hope other mods and admin team are as well.

Ermmmmm….seems like it was labeled as a warning even in retrospect, I don’t really know what to think but mods seem like there covering something up or just not coordinated ( ex. Banning me for zero reason)

@JeromeHPowell Anyway the basic response is: I'm actively trying to not cover anything up, by attempting to transparently answer questions and trying to assume good faith by people who aren't actively trying to break the site.

Anyway I think I'm done with this thread; the mod team does our best, and I at least make no claim to being perfect.

@EvanDaniel ok, I very much see ur point, was just pointing out that apparently the mods said they warned him and he said he never was told, not accusing u or the mods, just trying to see what happened. U see the problem though, many mods saying kind of different stories of events.

I support the mods and the mission even if I occasionally disagree. Thanks for (mostly) helping manifold!
