This market resolves to YES if Manifold Markets does something on their website in an official capacity on 9/26/22 which is (in my judgement) clearly intended as an observance of Petrov day. The observance must be on the website itself, not (e.g.) on Discord.

@stone Good question. If it's a market that any one of us could have created, that's a NO. If it has some new features (e.g. the entire site goes down if its probability reaches a certain threshold), that's a YES.
