Recent events suggest that 99% is too high. Still not likely based on available information, but more likely than 1%.

Further to that, I wouldn't trust him. I don't have any reason to believe that he would scam a random person, or anyone really, but I have no reason to believe that he wouldn't.

Cheap shares if you think 99% is still reasonable.
