This market will resolve positive if, some time before the end of the year in 2022, the WHO lists on its website (https://www.who.int/en/activities/tracking-SARS-CoV-2-variants/) a variant of concern titled "Upsilon". Otherwise it will resolve negative.
Jan 2, 12:28am: For clarity - it need not necessarily be a "variant of concern." Any variant will do, as long as it's titled "Upsilon."
