Since the start of 2023 the interest rate of Loans for house purchase (x > 10Y) seems to be sharply rising. How high will it go? The answer resolves to the interval containing the highest interest rate reached this year (NOT the rate at the end of the year). The lower bound of each interval is inclusive, the high bound is exclusive - that is if the highest peak is precisely 4.0 % the winning interval is 4.0 - 4.5 %.
