Has a good review from the author of the book and given the importance of the movie, I believe critics will inflate the review score.
I also personally like Nolan's body of directorial work and believe it will be score well with critics. Given the subject matter I think it is possible to put it between Batman Begins and Dunkirk in terms of score (~87) so I will bet YES accordingly.
