Resolution
This resolves YES if the Tomatometer (i.e. critics) score is 60% or higher, one week after its US release (noon PT).
This is typically the threshold for a movie to be "Fresh".
I will use whatever precision is listed by Rotten Tomatoes (typically an integer percentage, no decimal).
For example, "Madame Web" (2019) currently has a Tomatometer of 11%.
If there is no theatrical release, resolves one week after its first major streaming debut.
Resolves N/A if it becomes clear this movie will never be released, or somehow it does not receive enough reviews to have a score.
