Resolution will be based on official announcements from any of these governments regarding the removal of HTS (or the al-Nusrah Front) from their terrorist organisation lists. If an official statement is unambiguous in its commitment but referring to a time after the market closure (e.g. "HTS will be removed after the Christmas recess") it will resolve positively.
