@Jack1 Rough math is showing me that if Pratt picks up a similar share to Caruso(31% of remaining mail in ballots) and there is a rough split between raman and bass then Pratt should be safely into the runoff, but not so safe (and not mana rich enough) that I'm going to bet too much more.
