Will resolve "yes" if Kamala Harris and her VP candidate win the "home state" of the VP. This will be the state where they currently are a politician or reside. So for example, for the current top candidates it would be:
Kelly - Arizona
Shapiro - PA
Beshear - KY
Walz - Minn
Buttigieg - Michigan (where currently lives...and more interesting than Indiana)
