For a long time, Twitter has not released inactive usernames.
Elon has said this policy is changing.
They first said this on October 31st.
Then on November 9th.
Then on December 8th they said it's happening "soon".
This market resolves to YES if:
A large number of inactive accounts are deleted or have their usernames changed, so that other people can now claim those usernames.
A new policy is instituted that anyone can request an inactive username and successfully gain it.
Or something else similar that clearly meets the spirit of "freeing up inactive usernames".
