We'll use the traditional perspective of convex/concave functions, despite it being stupid, so if the graph looks like it's curving upwards in the middle and down at the edges, this resolves YES, otherwise it resolves NO.

Obviously the market graph won't be a completely smooth curve, so we're just going by what it looks like to me on average, subjectivly. I won't bet.
