I sometimes want to buy a specific card from someone and don't want to deal with them directly. (See here for some previous discussion.) Would anyone like to be paid to make those purchases for me?

Requirements:

• You need to have a Facebook account.

• You should also have a Paypal account.

• You need to have good social skills and be a decent negotiator.

• You must be comfortable being politely persistent, as a lot of Magic collectors are absent-minded and will forget to reply to messages.

• You don't have to know anything about Magic, but that's a benefit.

I'm offering payment equal to 1/3 of the surplus value you create for me. For example, I might tell you "I'm willing to pay a maximum of $500 for this card". You'll then try to aquire it. If you're able to get it for only $200, I pay you an extra $100 on top of the $200 cost of the item.

Expect me to have an average of one offer for you per month, which will probably take you 10-100 minutes of work. Item prices will vary anywhere from $20 to $10,000; expect ~$200 on average.

This market resolves based on whether any such purchase is successful by the end of the year.
