Alright I'm resolving this to YES as my best guess. If Manifold ever gives me a way to find out for sure, I'll try to re-resolve if necessary.

Well I"m at 158 right now. I doubt 59 of those happened in the past 6 days, so I think this should resolve YES, but I'm not confident of that.
