I would also accept another form of the word "meaning", like "mean" or "means". Synonyms however do not qualify. Neither do homophones.
The question does not have to be verbatim, nor explicit, but it does need to be a response/rebuttal to someone else's question or statement about meaning. For example if someone else says "I think that's meaningless" and Jordan responds "Hmm, I'm not sure what 'meaning' denotes", that qualifies. But if he just idly brings it up himself without prompting, that doesn't count, it needs to be at least an implied request for a definition from someone else.
Resolves YES only if someone provides a specific example. If I can't find one in a cursory search, resolves NO. I will count instances that occur before market creation.
