That means the number of candidates for a 5-0 record will be cut in half each round, more or less. So after 4 rounds, you are guaranteed to have only 1 left with a perfect record? 14 -> 7 -> 3/4 -> 1/2 -> 1 -> 0/1 Then the last round is the only thing that matters to this question, if I understand the Swiss format correctly.
