Elon has a tendency to say that he's a defender of free speech while also censoring the people he doesn't like. I'm curious how he'd design a society from the ground up.
To qualify for this market, Elon must have had a significant amount of say over the colony. (Doesn't need to be 100%.)
Compared to the US at that time, not as of market creation.
"More censorious" is subjective, I'll make my best judgement.

The objective conditions of such a colony (limited resources, forced cohabitation, impossibly to set out to live elsewhere or even to go back to Earth) are probably going to result in a much more authoritarian society than we are used to, no matter what the founder wants.
