If a credible Space agency announced that they have proven that Mars once or is currently harbouring microbial life (in this case Bacteria, Virus, prokaryotic, eukaryotic or extremophiles will count) before 2050 yes will win. If not no wins.
Bringing Earth's microbial life on Mars won't count, it it has to be martian life.
