This question will resolve YES if at least one of the top two placing candidates in the 2025 New York City Mayoral General Election is on neither the Democratic nor Republican ticket.
The presumption of Andrew Cuomo's nomination for the Democratic ticket has increased the salience of the Independent run of controversy-ridden incumbent Mayor Eric Adams, as well as the possibility of a Working Families Party candidate running to Cuomo's left.
