The 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup is coming up and, according to the Guardian, Fifa's president Gianni Infantino warns that the offers for the rights from broadcasters are "unacceptable".
Will "conventional TV broadcasters" (e.g. not some service that is online-only) get rights in ALL five countries: Britain, Spain, Italy, Germany, and France?

All five countries secured the rights a few weeks ago, which is what is in the description. I'll however wait until the first days of the world cup to make sure no last-minute controversy happens and makes resolution more ambiguous.
