Will other EU countries follow?

Resolved by official statements from government officials, quoted in credible media outlets, saying the government has banned or has decided to ban (even if not enforced at the time of writing).

Any count includes Italy, in case it is banned there are the time.

If a country bans, then unbans, it doesn't count at market close.

I am happy to change resolution criteria to something similar but better if somebody suggest it.
