@NoAnswer for the bot, best to ping ian or a staff on discord, being a mod doesn't by itself mean you can approve PRs. (generally, AFAIK bot accounts don't function all that much different on the site, so if you've submitted the request, feel free to start using your bot even if there's delay in them approving it)

• Virginia

  so any rain in these areas count, as it does rain there

Surely you've seen lots of questions that seem to be intended for a small audience of people that the asker knows personally and can expect to have the missing context? I don't know why those kind of questions are asked either, but I do know better than to take a position on them. Sorry about your internet points. I hope the asker will take pity on you.
