This question is for the first of 2 debates. The first debate is hosted by CNN and is planned for June 27. Delays will extend the timeline of this question.
Feel free to add more, I will do so as well as I ideate on this.
Any additions that do not have a clear resolution will be removed.
If the debate is delayed the questions still stand and the resolution date will extend. If the debate is cancelled I will N/A the questions (Let's hope not, this is prime content).
Second debate question:

WARNING: WATCH YOUR BETS. A LOT OF THESE RESOLVE ON VERBATIM COMMENTS.
The debate is over and some are voting on resolutions that may be in contest. Giving everyone now the chance to correct your bet before I resolve some.
One still in standing is my own: Biden goes off on 2 or more non-sense tangents
I have identified 1 so far, looking to confirm a 2nd or more in the transcript. This may take some more time to resolve.
Thanks for participating, ABC debate question is already up:
I don't see this at all in the official transcript: READ: Biden-Trump debate rush transcript | CNN Politics.
@Exegesis Does this need to be a direct quote? He definitely talked about supporting NATO just now, but didn't say it verbatim.
@Exegesis can you confirm the resolution criteria? Biden was in support of NATO but did not explicitly mention "supporting NATO". I am in line that it should resolve NO since you put quotation notes.
Also Trumps mic only got cut when he went over time (so did Biden's). Does that count to your other question?
Yes, the quotes would make it a direct quote. Resolve No.
@Exegesis was this meant as "Trump says," ?
If so you are free to recreate the option, but we should not change this one as people have already bid it down.
