Resolves as YES if King Charles of the United Kingdom participates actively in UK politics before 2024.

If King Charles removes a prime minister, dissolves parliament, or publicly or privately calls for a change in leadership in parliament, this question resolves as YES. Actions that are equivalently serious will qualify as YES.

Major government actions that are undertaken at the request of the government or as the result of a democratic election do not qualify.

The burden of proof is higher for private interference in government. For example, if anonymous sources say that King Charles is unhappy with the PM's performance, that DOES NOT qualify as YES. On the other hand, if the king privately says he thinks the PM should step down or be removed and his office confirms that he said that, then that would qualify as YES.
