Resolves to NO if before January 1, 2032 the USGS or NPS announce that Glacier National Park no longer has active glaciers. A peer-reviewed journal article stating that active glaciers no longer exist in the park would also be sufficient to resolve to NO. Otherwise, resolves to YES.
