I'm rather frustrated by Elon. On one hand, he's making a good argument, I've been jokingly calling them closedAI for a while and they indeed abandoned all relevant open projects after gpt3. On the other hand, he's making this argument in the most obnoxious way possible with a lawsuit that'll go nowhere.
