Define "barred". If he gets barred in DC, but is allowed by 50 states, does it still count?

There's no way this would be found constitutional. I suppose a lower court might try it, but even that seems unlikely.

Lots of wishful thinking in this one. I don't want him back in the White House either, but preventing that is going to require winning at the ballot - it isn't going to be handed on a silver platter.
