 Will non-unique prime positions be completely disqualified? Say, if YES holders have the following positions: 11, 11, 13, 17, will it count as 3 unique primes, or 2 unique primes (because 11 is disqualified)?

Also, will unique primes be considered across all positions, or only within YES and NO?

For example, if YES holders have the following positions: 23, 29, 31, and NO holders have 31, 37, will the tally be 3 : 2, or 2 : 1?

Also, will the bot positions count? For example, if @acc buys 73 YES shares?
