if there are two trials, will this cover both or just the current one which started oct 2023?

If he intends to rely on the "advice of counsel" theory then he will have to testify. Likewise, if he needs a hail mary, he'll have to be the one to get up there and pray for it.

Why the sharp downturn on this? SBF's trial theory makes very little sense to me, but even less if he doesn't testify. There will be multiple government canaries singing that SBF knew exactly what he was doing..
