Shouldn't this already resolve yes? since apple intelligence is now officially rolled out with iphone 16 ios 18 beta, and is confirmed to include a 3 billion parameter model that runs on-device. as described here: https://machinelearning.apple.com/research/apple-intelligence-foundation-language-models
and also talked about in Apples recent iphone event.
