Based on amount filled. Downtrend started before that plus weekend has lower volume
Clarify sign convention, please - does a ratio >1 indicate decline, or growth? Assuming growth but wanted to confirm since wording of question seems fairly rigid.
And what does "use" mean - is it orders placed or filled? number of orders or volume?
