Sometimes I’ll check out podcasts ( ‘A Bit Fruity’ is a new one that does great interviews and analysis surrounding various LGBTQ issues), but I haven’t listened to political podcasts nearly as consistently since Joe Rogan Experience went to shit a few years ago.

As a Canadian, @Tumbles‘s suggestion of JJ McCullough may be worth looking into. I’m not familiar with him but I’d love to say more Canadians on here. I’m going to check out a few of his videos if I have time today.

Talking Points Memo — great writing and reporting. The Bulwark for analysis. Weirdly, Axios is great for everything EXCEPT politics, it’s like fanfic of Maggie Haberman. NYT Pitchbot sometimes gets ahead of me. NYT itself is a necessary evil but the opinion pieces are best ignored.

ETA: TPM has at least 2 podcasts. They are very analytical but not particularly dependent on polls. Would be worth listening to one or two, see if it’s something Manifold might want to offer a guest to. Audience skews NY/DC and I think GenX.

JJ McCullough is a neat Canadian political/cultural commentator. Could be an inroad to growing the Canadian political markets. Canada has a big important federal election right around the corner too! The party that's ruled for the past decade is expected to lose as well, so it's important (for us)
