Get a few friends, create some markets for the game you all play, create a group for those markets, and get people involved on those markets.
The groups which grow to quickly have the most individual creators, good markets (with accessible criteria) and a diversity of bettors (hopefully 5+ per market) will get a bigger slice of the bounty. (About 2-3 week time horizon on the final bigger bounties)
If you try, and nobody shares your interest, I'll make sure you don't lose mana from the market creation.

(My secondary constraint is "I want there to be markets for fan-theories about plot-events in upcoming VN releases, but don't want to get spoilers through those markets' comment sections and don't want to neglect my markets' comment sections". Thus I suspect in the long run I'm going to be setting some bounties of my own to subsidize markets in, at minimum, Tsukihime-remake-related fan-theorizing.
