@GavrielK this can maybe resolve no? I don't enough about the legislative schedule to know if there's a chance of it becoming law by the end of the year despite not passing in this legislative session.

@EricNeyman Haha yes sorry, I thought I'd already resolved. It's dead for the year! (Note: given the close date, this was implicitly meant to only ask about the bill becoming law this year--I am not considering its return in future sessions for the purposes of this resolution.)

Question edit: Changed phrasing to "regulating the ozone emission of air cleaners" from "banning air cleaners that emit over 5 ppb ozone" just in case the limit is changed in the amendment process.
