Borrowers:

@Robincvgr 4022 Mana to be paid back on April 25th 2027

@evan 3584 Mana to be paid back on April 26th 2027

Total: 7106M

The current interest rates for the following time durations are:

1 month: 3%

2 months: 4%

3 months: 5%

6 months: 8%

1 year: 15%

18 months: 22%

2 years: 29%

more broadly: 2%+ 1%/month(compounded)

If you want to negotiate the interest rate, please message me!

The insurance premium is taken out of the amount lent, calculate it (using full insurance) using the RISK Credit Score app. (×2 because of their risk fee, we do however a deal reducing the fee by 25%, 2/3 of this reduction is included in your pricing, the multiplier therefore only is 1.67!). The interest rate is also applied to the insurance. Any rate at or above 25% probably isn't worth using our system.

The minimal amount of a loan is 500M.

For now, the maximum amount to be paid back/user is ~4000M because of the limited size of this fund, but I ho!pe we will be able to increase it soon

For example: If I wanted to borrow 500 mana for 3 months, with my 11%×2 insurance premium: I would have to pay (500M/(100%-22%*1.05))*1.05=683M 3 months from now.

Early payment: If you want to pay off your loan early, you will only have to pay TOTAL_AMOUNT_OWED*0.994^FULL_MONTHS_REMAINING

Every number above is subject to change and only represents the current values.

Insurance Fee Calculation:

I=(L×P)+(L×C)

where:

I is the insurance fee

I hope that clarifies it.

I'm interested in loans

I'd like to borrow as much as you're willing to loan to me for two years!

🦝RISK has added this to the quicklinks bar across their products.

Our company supports this project.

The 🦝RISK board members recently notified me of this exciting financial instrument. I would like to purchase 2,000 Mana worth of shares. If you approve, I will send the funds and provide a screenshot of proof from my balance log.

I have bought 200 additional shares and slightly modified the interest rate.

Am I correct in thinking that even though there is a fixed 10,000 total shares, because you say 90% is owned by the owners of the currently bought shares, that the percentage ownership a given user has will decrease if more shares are bought by others?
