This market will resolve as NO if:

• No defamation lawsuit is filed by Altman against Marcus before 2030

• A lawsuit is filed but Altman loses the case

• A lawsuit is filed but is dismissed

• A settlement is reached that does not impose any obligations on Marcus

• The case is still pending as of January 1, 2030
