This market resolves NO, unless at any point (after the first six hours) it reaches 40% or below, in which case it resolves YES, unless at any point (after the 40% condition is achieved) it reaches 60% or above, in which case it resolves NO, unless at any point (after the 60% condition is achieved) it reaches 30% or below, in which case it resolves YES.
If all criteria are met, market resolves as soon as I notice. No promises that this will be especially prompt but I'll do my best. Feel free to tag me. If the criteria are not met, it resolves at the close date in one week from now.
The first six hours are excluded, to give people time to place limit orders if they wish to.
