For this market to resolve as "yes" there has to be a new quark, neutrino, or force carrying boson discovered in 2024, and this discovery has to be confirmed by both CERN and Fermilab, at the very least
This new particle cannot be a new configuration of previously known particles (it cannot be a baryon nor a meson for example)
Also, this is obvious but it needs to be detected by instruments, a theoretical particle is not enough, regardless of how accepted it might be
Some possible particles that could be discovered and satisfy this market are: WIMPS, MACHOS, Axions, a fourth flavor of neutrino, a flavorless neutrino (sterile neutrino), a quark with a new mass, among others
