Resolves yes on all the options that happen before Hungary either puts out a public statement that they support Rutte as Nato general secretary or Rutte gets appointed general secretary.
If Rutte is conclusively not appointed Nato general secretary then all options resolve Yes.

3.00@BrunoParga There totally isn't, if someone else becomes general secretary then all the options resolve YES. But Rutte is trading at about 80-90% to become general secretary, which is why I think the question is interesting.
