Appointment as Nato general secretary likely needs unanimous support from all member states. Hungary has put out a statement that they don't endorse Rutte. But Rutte is still 80-90% likely to be elected, till when will Hungary block the appointment?
Resolves yes on all the options that happen before Hungary either puts out a public statement that they support Rutte as Nato general secretary or Rutte gets appointed general secretary.
If Rutte is conclusively not appointed Nato general secretary then all options resolve Yes.
@BrunoParga There totally isn't, if someone else becomes general secretary then all the options resolve YES. But Rutte is trading at about 80-90% to become general secretary, which is why I think the question is interesting.
