Outdoors, on lead. Full sends only. As listed on my mountainproject ticks. (Also me; accounts are complicated.) I've climbed 5.11- and v6 in the gym, my usual boulder grade in the gym is frequently but not always flashing v4 and some but not all v5s with some work.
Intermediate grades between existing answers count for the lower one. I'll add new grade targets if they seem relevant, but only above already added ones. I might bet in this, but only on Yes. If I send something I'll just resolve it, I won't bet it up first.

5.9 on lead. Made it to the top, but not clean. Fell a couple times at the crux between bolts 2 and 3, called take a couple other times, and grabbed the anchor before clipping it. Fantastic route in a gorgeous spot.
