"Based on the laws as of 2023" is anti-clarifying. If a president gets removed but it's something like a military coup, does that not resolve yes?

@NickAllen yes a coup would be YES because as of 2023 laws that's not allowed. Even if the new regime passes ex post facto laws trying to legalize what they've done.

Does this include death? (removed in my mind connotes something happening to them caused by someone else and I don’t really know what the description implies)
