I bet NO because Dario and Daniela Amodei formed Anthropic because they were unhappy with OpenAI's management of safety. They were VPs at OpenAI before and I'm sure Sam Altman wasn't happy about them leaving and forming a rival company. While it seems possible he would join another AI company, I don't see him joining Anthropic in particular.
