This is about whether the changes are applied through the entire 2023 regular season without being changed in a game-affecting way.
Note this doesn't cover the post-season.

okay here are my proposals which I think are in line with the spirit of the original market - changing any of these results in the market resolving NO
changing pitch clock timing from 15/20 to some other numbers => market resolves NO
changing number of pickoff attempts, number of batter times per at-bat => market resolves NO
changes to the 8-second "ready" / alert rules batters must face
@CompmanJX3 The main term is "game-effecting". If the rules are changed from state A to state B such that the game is played differently in state B than state A, then I consider the rules to have been changed.
i.e. I mean to have a low threshold for triggering the concept that the rules have been changed. This is easier to judge, as well.
@CompmanJX3 I would support another market w/better rules on how to evaluate baseball changes, if you have any ideas, for the rest of the season! Also where are you seeing that commentary?
@StrayClimb it's a different article, seemed more clear that tweaks are for sure coming, but not any details as to what those tweaks are
Seems like a bad ruling here https://youtu.be/adMJHyA8wgY. Weird situations when there's a violation but the pitch happens anyway.
