Will Major League Baseball adopt a rule that allows a team to select which hitter bats in any way (other than standard pinch-hitting rules) prior to the 2026 season?
(Edit: The rule change has to take place prior to the 2026 season. If the rule is changed prior to the 2026 season but the first instance of it being used is in the 2026 season that will resolve YES)
