If any of them are damaged or attacked for example in a political action, if they are fully repairable then it doesn't count as being destroyed. i.e. surface damage, clean, ok => doesn't qualify. but cracking a large diamond, can't be fixed => counts as destroyed. Cracking a minor aspect or diamond which is exactly replaceable will not count as them being destroyed.
If the situation is uncertain, I may delay resolution until there is clarity. If there is no clarity after 6 months, then I may resolve the claim as YES it is lost.
