If Kamala gets elected and ends federal taxes on tips as promised and does so in 2026 (should be easy given bi-partisan agreement ๐Ÿ˜œ), this resolves YES.

If the tax is still there at the end of 2026, it resolves NO

If Kamala isn't elected this resolves N/A

Edit 2024/08/12: To stay with the likely spirit of the promise, it's sufficient if tips in the gastronomy industry become tax free. If tips on other industries remain, this will still resolve "YES"
