The recent Alan Milburn NEET review revealed that 1 in 6 young people in the UK could be Not in Education, Employment or Training in 5 years time. As reported by the BBC:

This market will resolve YES if the fourth quarterly report by the Office of National Statistics asserts that the rate of 16-24 year olds who are NEET is 1/6 or greater.

If a figure of less than 1/6 is asserted this market will resolve NO.
