How can this be resolved, I only bet three days ago (9th) and the teams don't play until Nov 30th 2023?

(When he mentions 'today's fixture" I assume he simply had his dates wrong because there was no match on the 9th and was therefore obviously referring to the upcoming match on Nov 30th. I didn't for one second think he was referring to a match that had already been played (or I would have bet a lot more, ha ha).)
