My girlfriend is away for work 29th September till the 5th of November, can I up my squat 10kg in that time?
Resolves positive: If I one rep 110kg following powerlifting technical rules
Resolves negative: If I don't one rep 110kg
Resolves N/a: If my girlfriend comes home early
